Just a reminder for everyone that when bad weather is predicted for our area we have the following policy in place:

Weekdays (Mon-Fri):

• If CVSD cancels school - CVYBA activites are also cancelled
• If CVSD has early dismissal due to weather conditions - all CVYBA activies are cancelled
• If CVSD closes a particular school due to water/heat/misc. issues - CVYBA activities scheduled at that particular school are cancelled, all other activities will go as scheduled.

Weekends (Sat & Sun):

• If CVSD closes access to the schools (unable to clear parking lots/ice removal/no heat/etc.) we have to cancel our activities.  A phone chain is in place so that coordinators are notified immediately of the cancellation and they in turn contact all of the coaches in their division.  You should receive a phone call sometime during the day from your coach if activities are cancelled, otherwise plan accordingly.
• If CVSD cancels school on Friday visit the CVYBA website on Saturday morning for a status update.  If you do not receive a phone call cancelling activities you can contact your coach for any further details.
