Registration Forms
Preprinted registration forms are being mailed out this week to all of last seasons players.  CVSD will be posting a flyer on the Community Bulletin Board soon announcing our registration nights.  You will not need to print out a blank registration form if your son/daugher played last season, bring in the preprinted form instead.
