A phone chain is in place so that coordinators are notified immediately of the cancellation and they in turn contact all of the coaches in their division. You should receive a phone call sometime during the day from your coach if activities are cancelled, otherwise plan accordingly.If CVSD cancels school on Friday visit the CVYBA website on Saturday morning for a status update. If you do not receive a phone call cancelling activities you can contact your coach for any further details.Remember to check the CVYBA website for weather related cancellations.
