CVYBA provides both recreational and competitive basketball opportunities for children 1st through 12th grade who live in the geography of the Cumberland Valley School District in central Pennsylvania.

CVYBA GOVERNING STATEMENT

The explicit purpose of the CVYBA Basketball Program is to promote, develop and tech both its adult volunteers and player participants the principles of GOOD CHARACTER, PHYSICAL HEALTH, TEAMWORK, SPORTSMANSHIP, DISCIPLINE AND FAIR PLAY.

This purpose will be accompanied by providing the maximum opportunity feasible to participate in the sport of basketball, on an organized basis, under the leadership and guidance of adult volunteers.
