When age levels fill, CVYBA puts new registrants on 'waiting lists'.  Our goal is to get every player playing while maintaining the quality of our league.

1st Grade Program

If you are registering for our 1st Grade Program download/print/mail your registration form to us.  Our mailing address is found on the registration page.

Registration Fees

1st Grade Program (there are no late fees):   $20

Children in 2nd through 12th grade (fee is per family):

1 Child:  $105*
2 Children:  $180*
3 Children:  $240*
4+ Children: $310*

* Returning 8th through 12th grade players can get a $5 credit for reusing last seasons jersey.
* Registration fee includes $30 fundraiser packet with 3 discount cards.

• There will be a $25 late fee added to any registrations accepted after September 23rd. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Late registrants are not guaranteed placement on a team. Late registrants not placed on a team will be refunded the full registration fee.
• Registration closes 11/21/2011.
• Military families with spouses deployed play for free.
• Scholarships available

Refund Policy

• Players withdrawing prior to November 22 will be refunded the registration fee less $20.
• Players withdrawing on or after November 22 will not get a refund.
